Product & Strategy – Product Management / Full-Time / On-Site
Our client is an agentic harness for organizations — the layer that sits above a company's
scattered systems (CRM, ERP, finance, knowledge bases) and lets AI agents reason and act
across them in the business's own vocabulary. They serve two markets on shared substrate:
capabilities that let regulated enterprises and defense customers actually deploy agents instead of piloting them forever. These are the core primitives that gate the largest deals, and getting them right is a genuine moat: most of the market can build an agent, but few can prove it behaved. This is the product side of their enterprise and defense readiness.

- Enterprises modernizing how operations actually run
- Defense and Government missions that demand sovereign, air-gapped deployment

What you'll do
- Own identity and access for agents: RBAC today, evolving toward attribute- and
clearance-based access and marking-based controls. - Own guardrails and human-in-the-loop: what an agent may do, in what context, and
when it must pause for a person. - Own the audit and lineage story: an immutable, queryable record of what happened,
grounded in business entities and attributed to verified actors. - Own evals as a product surface — goldens, scorers, and regression gates that let a
customer prove their agent still behaves after a prompt or model change. This
compounds with audit into one of our strongest differentiators. - Translate compliance reality (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, CMMC, ITAR) into product
requirements, scoped for on-prem and air-gapped deployment.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years in product management with increasing scope, including time at a startup or in
genuine ambiguity. - Shipped enterprise platform, compliance, or eval/observability products —
compliance and audit are native to how you think, not a checklist you tolerate. - Can hold a real argument about RBAC vs. ABAC, audit lineage, and scorer/eval design
— and defend the calls alongside senior engineers. - Comfortable owning deal-gating primitives.
- Built with AI — shipped an AI- or agent-powered product, and you reason clearly about
evaluating non-deterministic systems. - First-principles thinker, sharp problem-definer, and an excellent writer.
Nice to have
- Government, defense, or other regulated-industry background — the defense gate is live
this year. - Hands-on with eval/observability tooling (e.g. LangSmith, Braintrust, Arize) or identity
platforms (Okta, Vanta). - Dual-market (commercial + defense/government) experience.
