We're hiring an HPC Business Management Sr Specialist for a global semiconductor company developing flagship automotive SoCs — large-scale chips integrating CPU, cache, memory, high-speed interfaces, AI, video, functional safety, and security — powering the intelligence and electrification of next-generation vehicles.
About the role
The automotive MCU (microcontroller) market is expected to expand significantly due to the advancement of electric vehicles (EVs) and autonomous driving technologies (ADAS).
Our client needs to further strengthen this core business, and therefore urgently needs to reinforce its organizational structure. They are currently recruiting highly skilled individuals who can contribute immediately.
In this position, you will be responsible for the business and profit management of automotive MCU products, contributing to business growth and revenue maximization.
Responsibilities
- Business and profit management of automotive MCU products
- Sales negotiation management and data analysis
- Commercial support during sales negotiations in collaboration with sales (price negotiation, contract terms adjustment, etc.)
- Progress management and reporting against sales and profit targets
- Understanding market and customer trends and reflecting them in business strategy
Qualifications
- Communication skills in English and Japanese
- Practical experience in business management and revenue management
- Experience in customer negotiation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Work experience in the semiconductor or automotive industry
Preferred
- Knowledge of automotive semiconductor products
- Project management experience
- Participation in global projects
