HPC AI‑Ready Documentation Architecture Lead

We're hiring an HPC AI‑Ready Documentation Architecture Lead for a global semiconductor company developing flagship automotive SoCs — large-scale chips integrating CPU, cache, memory, high-speed interfaces, AI, video, functional safety, and security — powering the intelligence and electrification of next-generation vehicles.

The market and customers are increasingly demanding documents that can be used as structured data, rather than traditional PDF documents. Especially for products and services that rely on AI, a document infrastructure that guarantees the quality, consistency, and structure of its content is essential.

To create AI-enabled documents, they are seeking a new position that goes beyond simply establishing writing rules. This involves designing what to write, at what level of detail, how to write it, and how to structure it, and determining the final form of the document.

You will not only consolidate the results of benchmark surveys and stakeholder interviews, but also lead the document design process, organizing and aligning multiple requirements and constraints, while considering AI, future automated generation, and data provision.

You will be responsible for defining the writing guidelines, structure, and granularity of technical documentation (UM) that is based on the use of AI, and for the overall design.

-Formulation of UM documentation guidelines and structural design based on the use of AI.

-Defining the granularity, structure, and presentation rules of a document.

-Requirements gathering and final decision-making from multiple stakeholders (development, testing, planning, customer, etc.)

-Ensuring consistency with existing documents, organizing and redesigning them.

-Design considerations with future automated document generation and data provision in mind.

-Candidates must be able to communicate in English for business purposes (TOEIC score of 700 or higher).
