HPC AI × Document Structure & Generation Engineer

We're hiring an HPC AI × Document Structure & Generation Engineer for a global semiconductor company developing flagship automotive SoCs — large-scale chips integrating CPU, cache, memory, high-speed interfaces, AI, video, functional safety, and security — powering the intelligence and electrification of next-generation vehicles.

In recent years, the market and customers have strongly demanded reusable documents as structured data, rather than static documents like PDFs. Especially in business and service operations that rely on AI, establishing a document infrastructure with high quality and consistency is essential.

Our client is currently actively promoting the digitalization and data conversion of technical documents. They are seeking a new specialist to manage the outsourced and offshore work involved in this process using clear processes and rules, rather than relying on subjective judgments, to ensure data quality and consistency.

This position involves not only "creating" documents, but also contributing to building a foundation for future AI and data utilization.

Role/Mission

To improve development and documentation efficiency using AI, your role will be to design and consider "what kind of data structure and data input will enable the desired AI output (diff extraction, understanding, code generation, etc.)."

Your mission will be as follows:

• Difference extraction based on document semantic understanding
• Code generation and AI design intended for checker applications (rule violation detection, consistency checks, etc.)
• Designing practical AI applications that consider speed and cost.

Business content

• Data structure design based on AI utilization (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data)
• Examining the logic for understanding the meaning and extracting differences from documents (specifications, design documents, etc.)
• Design policy considerations for code generation/automatic checking (checker) utilizing LLM, etc.
• Organizing the optimal AI approach for achieving objectives (quality improvement, reduction of man-hours, etc.)
• Technical considerations based on the trade-offs between speed, cost, and accuracy.
• Technology selection and design support from the PoC level to actual operation.

MUST

• Understanding and verifying specifications based on fundamental knowledge of MCU development.
• Basic to practical knowledge of AI/data utilization
  • Expertise in data structure design, preprocessing, and input data design.
• The ability to understand and structure document structures (specifications, design documents, etc.)
• Programming experience (any language, Python etc. preferred)
• The ability to think critically and compare speed, cost, and quality from a technical perspective.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in English for business purposes (TOEIC score of 700 or higher).
• Business-level Japanese

WANT

• PoC and business application experience using LLM (Generative AI)
• Experience in designing and using automated review/checker/static analysis tools, etc.
• Experience in improving development processes and promoting digital transformation (DX)
