About Aperium AI

Aperium AI builds the orchestration layer for enterprise and defense AI. Our platform connects frontier AI models to the systems where real work happens — ERP, PLM, CRM, CLM, and healthcare platforms — through hundreds of production-grade integrations, a self-learning agent pipeline, and a memory architecture designed for high-stakes environments. Across our enterprise, defense, and AI-native business lines, we serve customers ranging from Fortune-scale enterprises to government and allied defense organizations, with teams in the United States, Vietnam, and Kyiv.

Summary

As Head of Operations / Chief of Staff, you will be the CEO's force multiplier — running the operating rhythm of a fast-moving, globally distributed company. You will manage the team's activities and priorities, own the production of sales and executive materials, orchestrate meetings and follow-through, and keep enterprise, defense, and partner workstreams moving in sync. This is a high-trust, high-leverage role for an operator who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, and who thrives on making a complex organization run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • CEO Leverage: Manage the CEO's priorities, prepare briefings and agendas, and represent the CEO in internal and external settings when needed, ensuring decisions are made and communicated quickly.
  • Team Operations: Coordinate the activities of distributed teams across the US, Vietnam, and Kyiv — tracking priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, and removing blockers so engineering, sales, and delivery stay aligned.
  • Sales & Executive Materials: Own the creation and quality of sales slide decks, customer and investor presentations, proposals, and one-pagers, working with product and engineering leads to keep content accurate and compelling.
  • Meetings & Cadence: Organize and run the company's operating cadence — leadership meetings, customer and partner sessions, and board and investor touchpoints — including scheduling, agendas, notes, and action-item follow-up.
  • Team Activities & Culture: Arrange team events, offsites, travel, and onboarding logistics that keep a distributed, fast-paced team connected and effective.
  • Cross-Functional Programs: Drive special projects for the CEO end-to-end — from partner engagements and proposal deadlines to hiring pushes and process improvements — with clear owners, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Maintain visibility into pipeline, delivery, and program status; produce concise status reports and dashboards for the CEO and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or similar a plus.
  • 5+ years in chief of staff, business operations, management consulting, or program management roles, ideally in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills; proven ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams across time zones without dropping details.
  • Strong writing and presentation craft — able to produce executive-quality decks and documents quickly (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma familiarity a plus).
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills with executive, technical, and customer audiences.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action; able to structure undefined problems and drive them to resolution.
  • Experience supporting sales, government, or defense-related engagements is a plus; eligibility to work on US defense programs is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site full-time from our Los Angeles office.

This role offers a front-row seat to building a frontier AI company across enterprise and national-security markets — and the mandate to make it run. If you are an operator who turns chaos into cadence and takes pride in making a team faster than the sum of its parts, we would love to hear from you.
