Head of Enterprise Development

Aperium AI builds the orchestration layer for enterprise and defense AI. • Define and execute the roadmap for AI automation on ERP/MRP and adjacent enterprise systems; lead hands-on development in Python, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL/BigQuery on GCP and AWS
• Architect and implement MCP servers and integrations that let AI agents act safely and reliably inside customer enterprise systems
• Own the enterprise ontology: model entities, relationships, and business rules across ERP, PLM, CRM, and CLM so agents reason over one governed representation rather than system-specific schemas, with lineage, provenance, and entity resolution built in
• Champion AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Codex, Augment Code) and establish CI/CD and DevOps practices for multi-tenant, customer-dedicated, and airgapped deployments

• Deliver AI automation layers on manufacturing ERP (Odoo) covering MRP planning, BOM explosion and management, work order scheduling, and inventory optimization
• Develop AI-powered procurement automation: demand forecasting, supplier selection, and purchase order generation
• Integrate PLM with ERP for engineering change management, revision control, and manufacturing data synchronization; connect CRM and CLM for demand-driven planning and contract-aware fulfillment
• Partner with customer Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to deliver scalable, repeatable solutions that meet operations and compliance needs

• Build and lead a high-performing enterprise engineering team across Aperium's United States, Vietnam, and Kyiv locations; mentor technical leaders and grow talent
• Own technical relationships with enterprise customers and partners from architecture review through production rollout, and prioritize work with product, customer success, and the defense and AI-native business lines
• Establish KPIs for automation impact, platform uptime, technical debt reduction, and delivery, and convert one-off customer solutions into reusable platform and ontology capabilities

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with a hands-on background
• Proven expertise in Python, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and modern software architecture
• Deep expertise in manufacturing ERP/MRP including production planning, work orders, BOM management, inventory control, and procurement. Odoo ERP required
• Experience designing ontologies, knowledge graphs, or canonical data models spanning multiple enterprise systems; strong understanding of PLM, CRM, CLM, and HRIS ecosystems
• Expert knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, MCP, and agentic AI development workflows
• Experience in regulated industries (ITAR, FedRAMP, DFARS, DCAA) or aerospace/defense manufacturing strongly preferred; experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams
