Enterprise Account Executive
San Francisco, CA / Houston, TX
Business Development Operations – Business Development / Full-Time / Hybrid
Draup is a multi-dimensional labor and market data platform powering use cases across talent and sales intelligence. Trusted by 5 of the Fortune 10, HR leaders use Draup for talent intelligence, skills architecture, and work redesign, while go-to-market leaders use Draup and its agent stack to generate actionable sales content — from personalized outreach to competitive analysis — that boosts deal velocity. We are a Series A startup building our next chapter of growth, with our team working onsite four days a week from our office in downtown San Francisco.
We are hiring two Enterprise Account Executives to help lead this growth: one based in our San Francisco office, and one based in Houston, TX, working a hybrid schedule. Both are quota-carrying, full-cycle sales roles responsible for bringing Draup's platform to enterprise Sales, Marketing, and HR organizations.
What you'll do:
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from qualification through close, selling Draup's platform to VP- and C-level Sales, Marketing, and Talent leaders at large enterprise accounts. • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities through a mix of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and channel/partner relationships. • Run a consultative, value-based sales process: uncover business needs, tailor a compelling narrative, and align internal and external stakeholders to drive deals to close. • Partner closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to shape go-to-market strategy and feed customer insight back into the roadmap. • Accurately forecast pipeline and bookings, and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene. • Represent Draup's value proposition credibly to sophisticated buyers evaluating labor market intelligence and sales intelligence platforms.
What we need:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience selling software/SaaS solutions to enterprise customers, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota. • At least 2+ years of experience selling directly to enterprise Sales and Marketing leaders (e.g., CRO, CMO, VP Sales, VP Marketing, RevOps). • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the polish to engage senior enterprise executives. • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage (Series A) environment with evolving process and playbooks. • For the San Francisco role: based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area, and available to work from our downtown San Francisco office four days per week. • For the Houston role: based in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX, working a hybrid schedule.
What we offer:
• Base salary: $110,000–$140,000, based on directly relevant experience and demonstrated performance. • Performance-based incentive compensation, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of 2x base salary. • Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, dental, and 401(k). • The opportunity to be one of the first enterprise sales hires at a fast-growing Series A company, with significant ownership and room to grow.
Location:
Role 1: San Francisco, CA — onsite four days per week at our downtown San Francisco office. Role 2: Houston, TX (strongly preferred) — hybrid schedule.
Draup is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
