AI Training and Adoption Consultant

We're hiring an AI Training and Adoption Consultant for a professional services firm with 60+ years of experience delivering accounting, tax, and advisory services across government, healthcare, franchise, and construction sectors.

Position Overview

The AI Training and Adoption Consultant supports the successful adoption and integration of artificial intelligence solutions across business operations. Reporting to the AI Change and Adoption Lead, this role is responsible for user readiness, role-based training, stakeholder engagement, adoption measurement, and sustained behavior change across multiple AI initiatives.

Serving as a liaison between technology teams and business users, the consultant translates AI capabilities into practical workflows that improve productivity, efficiency, decision quality, and measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will combine strong facilitation and communication skills with practical knowledge of generative AI, enterprise technology adoption, and organizational change.

Work Arrangement

• Remote work is considered for qualified candidates with experience in enterprise AI adoption, enablement, or transformation programs.
• Regular onsite participation is required for workshops, stakeholder meetings, training sessions, and adoption activities.
• Travel to client locations and project events may be required, up to 20%.

AI Training & Enablement

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual and in-person AI training sessions.
• Facilitate AI workshops, demonstrations, office hours, and learning labs.
• Develop role-based training materials and enablement content.
• Create user guides, quick reference materials, FAQs, playbooks, and learning resources.
• Support onboarding and enablement activities for newly deployed AI solutions.
• Educate users on AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible AI practices.

AI Adoption & User Engagement

• Execute AI adoption strategies and rollout plans.
• Support user readiness efforts before and after solution deployment.
• Monitor adoption trends and identify barriers to successful utilization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to encourage AI adoption and engagement.
• Support champion and power-user communities.
• Collect and escalate feedback from users and stakeholders.

Business Partnership

• Participate in discovery sessions, stakeholder meetings, and project workshops.
• Understand business processes and identify opportunities to improve AI utilization.
• Build strong relationships with business users and leaders.
• Capture and share success stories, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Assist with communication campaigns and awareness initiatives.

Adoption Analytics & Value Realization

• Track adoption, engagement, and utilization metrics.
• Support collection of business impact and productivity data.
• Assist with executive reporting and adoption dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for additional AI use cases and expansion.
• Contribute to value realization and ROI discussions.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current on AI trends, Microsoft Copilot capabilities, and emerging technologies.
• Recommend enhancements to adoption programs and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and learning effectiveness.
• Share best practices across projects and client engagements.

Education

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Organizational Development, Change Management, Education, Communications, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Experience

• Two to five years of experience in AI training, consulting, customer success, organizational change management, technology adoption, learning and development, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, presentations, and instructor-led training programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, business transformation initiatives, or workforce enablement programs.
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence, generative AI, and emerging enterprise technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
• Expertise with Agentic and Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.
• Exposure to business process improvement initiatives.
• Prosci or other change management certification.
• AI certifications or coursework.
